The Discount Alaska Hotel Deals Review - Westmark Hotel Fairbanks The room was great. bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows. There are black out drapes so you don't need to worry about how to sleep in a room that has sunlight still shining in at 11:00pm. We only ate one meal at the hotel - very average, not worth the cost but at least it was convenient.Staff - friendly and helpful if not terribly knowledgeable about the city itself.... The Alaska Discount Hotel Deals Review - Ocean Shores Hotel Homer When we pulled up to the office for the first time we were impressed with its small town charm. The staff was smiling and very polite. We had no problems and the room was one of the cleanest I have seen in years. The setting is private and calm and minutes from Homer's charming downtown. We will defiantley be back : ) The main thing is that it is so close to the ocean. It's a short path down to the beach which has great tidepooling. At night you can sleep to the sounds of the sea!...
