We stayed at Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort 12/27-12/29. When we walked into the room we were amazed at the cleanliness and the design. The jacuzzi style tub was a magnificent added feature. My husband is very tall and he can't remember the last time he bathed where his entire body was submerged! We didn't have to carry our bags anywhere and even after we checked out at noon, they stowed our bags until we left that evening. My wife and I have always stayed at Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort, except for one time, which was a mistake. Always great service, food and the rooms are always the best. I really don't understand some of the other reviews, but I guess sometimes things don't go right for some reason or another. But for us it's always been a wonderful time from check in to check out, and sure sometimes check in is slow, but that is to be expected when you have a place that is very popular to stay. I want to take a minute and thank Jacqueline Serrano at the front desk, we spent our 30th Anniversary there recently and the room I reserved was ok, but she said if for some reason it was not what we were looking for come and see her. and I did just that, and without hesitation she found us a suite (It was FANTASTIC) felt like a high roller for a night. and it made our evening very special indeed. For us when we go to Atlantic City our choice is Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort Bally's. Keep up the great work!
My husband and I just returned 8/26 from our first stay in Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort where we celebrated our anniversary. We stayed at Bally's for 2 nights and loved it! Our check-in was only about 15 min., our room was very clean and unlike so many of the reviews we read before going, every staff member we came into contact with was very helpful and courteous. It was very nice and we had a great time. The Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort pool and spa are fabulous. There are several casinos within Bally's which are all nice and it is conncected to Ceasars which is very convenient in case of bad weather.The Virginia City buffet in Atlantic City Ballys Hotel And Casino Park Place Resort Bally's is very good, as was the Doughnut shop. We visited every casino on the boardwalk and Bally's has the nicest stretch of beach as well,with cabanas and a very nice little bar right on the beach with live entertainment. I would stay there again.
