The hotel is simply beautiful. The staff go out of their way to help you. They are always cleaning something. Any requests to hotel management are dealt with immediately. They have games for children and adults each day. They have a themed event at night most nights. It's just plain fun. The two restaurants Da Vinci's and La Ploma are excellent. We really enjoyed the entire staff and plan to visit there soon. You can catch a bus to downtown Cancun for 6 pesos (.60 cents). The market and food downtown are great. A totally enjoyable vacation.
