"I have to say I was not too sure as to what to expect from the Crowne Plaza Hotel Northwest Brookhollow Houston. I have seen it before and thought...naaahh. But when I stayed there, I must admit I was amazed. The service was very friendly.

The hotel was vry clean and so were the rooms. The room was not huge, but it served it's purpose. I am still talking about Crowne Plaza to this day! I loved it! We enjoyed our stay. Most staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. The pool was clean but the hot tub needed a little attention. Overall, I nice place to stay and a good value."

Crowne Plaza Brookhollow Houston Crowne Plaza Hotel Comfortable beds, extra things I've always thought would be helpful in a hotel - ear plugs, eye mask, clip on curtains for when they don't block out all the light, sleep CD - they had them all for you in the room. Hotel close to freeway but I never heard any freeway noise. Nice pool. Polite staff. The best stay we've ever had.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Brookhollow Houston Crowne Plaza Hotel a first class hotel, located right off the 290. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby which enhanced our stay. While it is quite a ways from downtown, Houston's road system (HOV lanes) allowed us to drive all over the city with relative ease. We booked a club level suite and enjoyed the updated decor of the room. The lobby had 24-hour Internet access, which was a bonus. On weekdays, breakfast is served to club level guests and light refreshments are available in the evenings, which we missed out on. Free parking is plentiful and adjacent to the hotel.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Brookhollow Houston Crowne Plaza Hotel Rooms are clean and maintained, beds comfy. I always request a higher floor room and get one. Staff are helpful and give good advice. I've never used the facilities as there are great places to eat in the area. I only use the bar to meet colleagues so can't really comment on that. All in all a decent hotel and a decent price. I stayed with my hubby once and they gave me our corporate rate which was nice of them.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Brookhollow Houston Crowne Plaza Hotel bed had a nice white comforter on it (which I always remove immediately upon entering a room) and the "triple sheet" bedding with a soft mattress cover, 4 plump pillows, a small satin pillow, and 2 European bed squares. An eye mask, ear plugs, lavendar linen spray, and a relaxation CD were arranged on the bed for me to see when I first came in. I finally found the CD player... around the corner on the work desk. I popped it in and unpacked. I sprayed the linen spray -- it smelled nice, but dissipated quickly. The eye mask was black and had satin on one side. The earplugs were foam, but were tan colored instead of the "factory yellow" ones I usually see.

A key accessible club lounge is available for breakfast Mon.- Fri. from 6am-9am and an evening reception including hors d'oeuvres and cocktails available from 5pm-7pm, Mon. ? Thur. evening. Our friendly staff provides world class service which makes this Houston hotel 'The Place to Meet'.

The hotel is in the downtown area close to all attractions. The provide a sleep sound CD Which was a wonderful addition to our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. This sprawling city hums with the energy and independent spirit that turned it from swampland into the fourth-largest city in the U.S.
