Crowne Plaza Hotel Irvine Orange County Airport Awesome hotel, a fresh breath from the other bland corporate hotels. Quick check in, got a nice room, clean, with a new plasma tv. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The bed was comfy, and room service was quick and yummy. Have nothing bad to say about this hotel, really worth the money given the quality of service and rooms they give you.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Irvine Orange County Airport is very impressed. As a Intercontinental Hotel Employee I know all the good aspects to look for in a hotel and this Crowne Plaza has it! From check in the the last moment we checked out we had great Customer Service and Friendliness of the Staff. Guest Service Agent Paul was a great help during our stay by offering us his help whenever needed.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Irvine Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel located in a very quiet business area that is very close to John Wayne Airport. really liked the room as it was clean and well appointed. The bed was very, very comfortable and it almost impeded our itinerary because we were so comfortable just laying there! Housekeeping did a great job and room service was quick, friendly, and the food was pretty good too. Overall, service was great. Our check-in person Safak (I think that's how it was spelled) was very professional and nice, and was sure to inform us of all the hotel's amenities.

Crowne Plaza Irvine Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel very well maintained, compared to it's star rating. It was conveniently located a couple miles from Orange Co Airport (aka John Wayne), I-5. The surrounding area was extremely well-kept and clean, mostly consisting of office parks, though it was a short drive away to South Coast Plaza mall (3 miles). The indoor pool was of fairly small size with the jacuzzi located next to it. There is a full court basketball set up with a volleyball net also available. The court was rubber, but caused no issues with bouncing/playing ball, though the rims were only 9 feet high (breakaway rims).

I agree with a previous poster about light. They could do with brighter lights. Housekeeping was extremely efficient. At the end of the day, I always found everything neat and tidy. Never had any problems with unsanitary conditions, or concerns.

There's not much around the hotel except for office buildings, so you will need to drive if you want to go to restaurants, shopping centers or area attractions. The front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. I was given room 1401 on the 14th floor. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated, with two beds, a large desk and flat screen TV. There was a complimentary bottle of water, some candies and some chocolates also, a nice touch. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. However, I thought the bathroom was a little dark. The only light was above the sink and there was no light above the tub area. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.
