Crowne Plaza Knoxville Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel is is convenient to downtown, I-40 and I-75. The desk clerk was nice and checked us in quickly. The bellman prompted whisked our bags to the room. We were on the top floor executive level and the room was very tastefully done.I loved the large flat panel mounted on the wall and the recliner in the room. I felt as though I was at home! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.The only concern I have is with the tub/shower. It is ridiculously small. I felt cramped in the shower even with the expanded curved shower rod.Overall, this hotel is nice and has lots of charm for an older property. The fitness center is nice with fairly new equipment and the buisness center is helpful on the executive floor.I would stay here again.

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel was superb from the start. We arrived later in the evening and parked outside. The bellhop and front desk guy seemed bored and eager to please. It was $7 to valet or $5 to park in the garage, so we went for the valet. The bellhop immediately brought up our luggage. The staff directed us to a great section of restaurants and bars within walking distance. They were extremely enthusiastic. Knoxville isn't the most exciting town, but everyone is super-friendly and they offer great service. The room was clean and very nice. The next day we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant (a buffet or menu--typical stuff). I even left behind an item in the room, and the housekeeping staff graciously shipped it back to my home DHL--I had it back within 3 business days!

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel In need of a pet friendly hotel that wasn't charging a crazy fee we chose here for our one night stay in Knoxville. I booked the executive floor in hopes of improving on what some people mentioned in their reviews as poor service and conditions. This was a great move because our room was awesome and the dog really enjoyed the 42" plasma television!Conveniently located to both Market Square and some cool bar/restaurants in the old city area, we walked to everywhere from the hotel. Two negatives we did experience was the tub didn't drain but fortunately it was only a one night

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel is centrally located, though, until I-40 is repaired, sometimes difficult to access. Large clean rooms with free wireless, average ammenities, friendly helpful staff. The backside is prone to more noise from railroad and traffic. The three nights we were there there were a lot of army privates about to ship out, so there was noise until early morning. Slow elevator, some repairs needed in the room. About twelve miles from the airport. Parking under the building and was free on weekends. Overall I was happy with this hotel and recommend it to you.

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Hotel Crowne Plaza Hotel. A good hotel with great underground parking. The hotel itself was a little underwhelming for a Crowne Plaza hotel... but no complaints. The staff was friendly and most accomodating. About a 20 walk to Neyland Stadium.
