Just stayed at Renaissance Hotel hotel for the first time. The service was great. Front desk, Concierge, Valet,and Restaurant personnel were very friendly and interested in helping us however they could. Room was good size and clean. Entire facility was very clean and well appointed. Room and food prices were very good. We had a great weekend special with breakfast. Even the vending machines were reasonable at $1. The location is really convenient to downtown.

From the moment my wife and I entered the hotel we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff around every corner. Hotel ittself was beautiful and nicely appointed. Bath and Body works amenities were a nice touch. We stayed on the 29th floor and had a downtown view-fabuluos. The pool and hot tub on the open roof were also very nice (observation deck too) Room service was prompt and the food was served hot and delicious. I would invite anyone who likes great service and a comfortable room to this hotel.
