1, Hotel Blake
This Discount Chicago Hotel Lakeview, I was worried after reading some past reviews, but this was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated- very modern. The bathroom was huge and great walk in shower. The restaurant seemed to close pretty early though; we were never able to make it back early enough to try. TIP: It’s pretty close to Millennium Parking garage which is the cheapest rate in the city for 24/hour parking.........

2, Ramada Inn Lake Shore
This Discount Chicago Hotel Lakeview, very happy with the hotel in general and our room. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had a huge bed, a lake view (with a great view of the Chicago skyline), a coffee-maker and fridge and a fab bathroom. All the staff (at the desk, the cleaners, in the restaurant for breakfast) were very pleasant and helpful. It was really convenient having hotel parking right there, being so close to the Drive from the lake for morning walks......

3, Embassy Suites Lakefront
This Discount Chicago Hotel Lakeview. Great location. We did have a nice view of the lake. The suite was clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. We checked out the pool but didn't use it. It was pretty small, I would call it a lap pool. It did look clean. We could hear the people in the room next to us, but I don't think that is unusual in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel.......

4, W Chicago Lakeshore
This Discount Chicago Hotel Lakeview, My overall impression of the W Lakeshore was trendy, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the touch of the W CD playing in the room as we arrived as well. Without a doubt, I will stay here again, and stay at any other W. This was my first W experience and I look forward to the next. The front desk staff was amazing - they bust serious butt to make you happy and comfortable - I cannot say enought about them....

5, Indian Lakes Resort
This Discount Chicago Hotel Lakeview, the unique design is 10x better than getting stuck in a dated 4 star National Chain hotel. The hotel rooms have been completely refurnished and the bathrooms were completely gutted and updated with new marble and tile. Some coworkers played Golf and spoke highly of the new golf course. Dinner at the restaurant was worthy of 5 stars. The design of the hotel was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, not sure where the Indian part plays into the concept.........
