The rooms are a little worn, but for the price ($30 a night) they are clean. You do get the little bars of soap, bottles of lotion and a few other items. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom and a radio and T.V. in the main room. There was a slot mini tournament every day I was there. They also have bingo and there are about five or six ...... We have stayed at many other Reno hotel/casinos, but have to rate this as our No.1 choice. Now their expansion will offer much more to enjoy. And make sure to checkout the spa and salon tucked away on the third floor. Did I mention the food, the all-you-can-eat sushi is the freshest around and such an airy restaurant in that sky walk.I am going to make sure next time I stay in a concierge room, with those floor to ceiling windows...... The room was in the West Tower but newly renovated and was beautiful. Furnishings and linens were top notch and everything was clean. Everything about the hotel was a great relief since we had spent the first night of our trip at the Peppermill and been completely icked out. The food at Harrah's steak house was fantastic....... Everything is there ... you don't have to leave the property...I've always found the employees to be friendly...lately short staffed, but I know they're in the middle of a buy out... and things will change shortly... including the name (I think it will soon be called the Grand Sierra and have condos and a waterpark)...but I loved the facility when it was the MGM GRAND ...... None of the hotels in Reno are 5 star quality, but the Siena does it's best to become one. We were picked up at the airport on time, the room that I had requested was ready and check in was a breeze.
