We arrived fairly late Friday night and the young lady on duty quickly found our reservation and directed us to our room. She apologized for putting us in a third floor room and offered to move us the next day if we wanted to, but I told her third floor would be fine (it is the highest floor in this property) due to the lack of noise from above.......More info.... The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large plasma tvs...new beds and linens paint and carpet. Breakfast was included in rate, with cereal, toast, pasteries and eggs.There was an awesome HUGE flat screen HDTV that was between the two areas and swiveled back and forth. Great location, walking distance to at least 3 museums, the JFK 6th floor museum in the Dallas School Book Depository Building is a must-see. I love Hyatt's beds - great linens and down duvet. A small refrigerator, and coffee maker were in the room. All you could expect from a Hyatt of this size; great convention hotel. Nice bar, snack area, etc. Rooms are nice.......More info.... After I checked out, I missplaced the copy of my bill & Steve in Accounting emailed me a fesh copy within a minute of me asking.The staff was friendly and the room nice.
