"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this small, quiet, elegant hotel. The room was small but not uncommon by British standards. My single room had a double canopied bed with upholstered headboard with nice linens. There was a wardrobe and dresser to fully unpack and stow away suitcase. Bathroom was great with granite walls, great shower/tub and plenty of hot water. The staff was courteous and accomodating.
