At night, it's so bright you can actually get disoriented--and suffer from a sensory overload that can reduce you to hapless tears or fits of giggles. Las Vegas is not like other cities. No city in history has so explicitly valued the needs of visitors above those of its own population.
Hotel rooms on the Strip are by far the most expensive, but you still can find some bargains. A couple of years ago I stayed at Circus Circus for $29 a night, and Excalibur has offered similarly low rates. I found Circus Circus hard to navigate at first and a bit drab, but the rooms are comparable to what you would find across the street at the more expensive Riviera or down the road a bit at the Flamingo. By way of comparison, a similar room at the Flamingo is $90 a night. In a hurry? Skip directly to Rate / Amenities / Availability / Reservation Check for Mgm Las Vegas Hotel Grand Casino Reviews?
"Love the MGM Grand!"
The MGM Grand Hotel Las Vegas Hollywood Theater: A more intimate theater with a 740 person capacity. Hosts a variety of musical and show business entertainers. Call MGM Grand for reservations.
Youth Activity Center: Supervised by professionally trained youth counselors for children ages three to 12. Two hour minimum stay and a five hour maximum stay. Open daily.
The MGM Grand Hotel Las Vegas casino is huge but no trouble navigating the place. The Pool and Lazy River is great although a little crowded. There is a great mix of young and older people, so we didn't feel out of place compared to a place like Bellagio. Studio 54 is unbelievable and a must for the true party-goer! Also be sure to checkout Ghostbar at the Palms and gambling at the Hard Rock. The MGM casino is also fun
Not enough? Let's start with the airport check-in..awesome, short wait, put a twenty on the counter, and got everything I asked for. A room with a view, a jacuzzi, and any upgrade that is available. A suite, a jacuzzi, and a great view of the strip. Everyone at the Mgm Las Vegas Hotel Grand is pleasant, and willing to help with any request we had. Check it out!
