The room was ver neat and clean the area was great. This 5 star hotel is located in the city centre of New York. It is close to the St. Patrick's Cathedral. The Hotel has a fitness centre/gym. All 368 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.

The New York Four Season Hotel Four Seasons New York is a deluxe classic modern hotel. All the rooms have outstanding views of Central Park and panoramic views of New York City. The Four Seasons Hotel New York boasts the largest rooms in New York City, averaging 600 square feet. All of the guest rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped to give a feeling of being home while away from home. The hotel also has a variety of facilities and services that are sure to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

We decided upon The New York Four Season Hotel Four Seasons New York during our stay in NYC and it was worth every cent. The service at The Four Seasons was top-notch from the doormen who never missed opening the door for us (while you were still steps away from the door and providing us with umbrellas) to the concierge and housekeeping. When we arrived they had age-appropriate gifts in the room for the kids and the Bose stereos were playing relaxing music. We did have to book their own room as they do not have accomodations for four, however their room was 1/2 price. The rooms actually have a private locked-off hallway. So we felt very safe in leaving our room doors open in case the our youngest needed us during the night.

We can't say enough about the New York Four Season Hotel Four Seasons New York. They were all very professional and knew everything about the city. We traveled with our 16 and 9 year old sons and they recommended a great restaurant for us...Balthazar in Soho. We enjoyed an excellent meal. The rooms are very large and have many nice touches and lots of room for clothing, shoes etc. The marble bathroom has a TV in it and the tub fills in 60 seconds...so you can't leave it once it starts to fill! Bvgari toiletries were a nice touch as well. We hardly ever saw housekeeping...our rooms were always made-up and turned-down when we were out. Loved the hotel and will stay there when we return.

I stayed at New York Four Season Hotel Four Seasons New York twice in the past year. The rooms and bathrooms are huge by any standard. The staff is consistently helpful and either attentive or ready to give you space depending upon your needs. On my second visit the hotel was full and I was generously upgraded to a suite. Room service food was usually good. When I left the Do Not Disturb sign on I wasn't disturbed at all, while in many hotels the maids or minibar checkers never seem to see this.
