Ask for breakfast vouchers before you arrive, you may save some dollars in doing so. After a full day at Universal, the outdoor heated pool is very relaxing. Great hot tubs and waterfalls. The Orlando Portifino Bay Hotel main pool has a fabulous water slide for the kids ( and adults ).

The Orlando Portofino Hotel Orlando is magnificent! From the moment you are greeted with enthusiastic employees who is genuinely pleased to have the guests staying at the hotel. The service is impecable, the food is excellent and the guest room is beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable.

CA We stayed in Orlando Portifino Bay Hotel Universal's Portofino Bay Hotel - A Loews Hotel two days after Hurricane Charley. We were originally going to Disney, but I cancelled as the storm delay cut our vacation two days short. We stayed 5 nights, and the overall impression was favorable. It is expensive, but just bite the bullet and enjoy youself. My son really liked the beach pool and slide. The Orlando Portifino Bay Hotel rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. (5 pillows per bed, nice) Mamma Bella's has great food and the serrvice was good. We also ate at the Hard Rock (The Kitchen) and Royal Pacific (Tchoup Chop). Both Hotels are nice and we may try the Hard Rock next time as it is closer to the parks and citywalk. The food at The Kitchen was not very good, but Emerils in City Walk was fantastic. We ate there four times! The best part of all the hotels is Express Pass. You literally only have to wait about 1/4 of the estimated time to get on the rides. We had a great time. You may use the complementary water taxi to and from the Univeral Studio Resort / City Walk which left every 15 minutes from the dock in the bay. It's incredible to describe the ambiance as you view the hotel from the bay or the bay from the Orlando Portofino Hotel Orlando. It is simply spectacular!
