"Best Quiet Locaton"
The location of the Palace New York Hotel is excellent in midtown, near everything and the subway. Walking distance to Central Park, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and, of course, a lot of shopping! The Palace Hotel New York's quiet location can't be beat. One block from Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. Across the street from Saks Fifth Avenue. Steps from restaurants and shopping, Times Square and Broadway shows.

"New York Palace Worth Every Penny!" You will be wonderfully surprised at just how nice and beautiful New York Palace Hotel is! Every hotel employee is courteous and helpful...the rooms large and beautifully decorated. The view from your room is excellent. Some of them overlookSt. Patrick's Cathedral. Beautiful! The Towers section of New York Palace Hotel, a "hotel within a hotel", offers private registration, express elevators, and mantre d'itage service.
"Great Value & Tremendous Service!"The Palace Hotel New York room itself is very comfortable and full of amenities, one of which is the device on the nightstand that could turn any light in the room on or off, control the climate, and also turn on a do not disturb light on the door.

"Palace is my New York favorite" I stayed at the Palace for 1 night with my mom and our friends. Everything about it was spectacular. We reserved a jr. suite in the Towers and my mom had mentioned that it was my sixteenth birthday when making our reservation. The lobby of the Palace was stunning, but the real surprise was when we arrived at our room. The Palace Hotel New York does not have the upfront appeal of a hotel like some other hotels, but Palace New York Hotel has a charm that grows on you. The best thing is that Palace Hotel New York is a very well thought out hotel where everything is well maintained, and everything works.
The staff surprised us (knowing that it was my birthday) with a beautiful 2 bedroom corner suite AND there was a birthday cake for me on the dining room table! (a gourmet chocolate mousse cake) And we were not charged extra for this. I was amazed at how thoughtful the staff were to do this for me. They treated us like royalty and the concierge was very nice and helpful by giving us a list of nearby popular spots to check out. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Istana were also excellent.
The Palace exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was superalative, with the exception of one surly man in the executive lounge, and the rooms were huge by New York standards. Location cannot be beaten, and some rooms on higher floors have superb views. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, having stayed there between Christmas and New Year. The upgrade to executive floors is easily justified considering the extras included, and makes a stay at The Palace even more memorable. It was worth every penny, though. I definately would stay at the Palace again!
