The service is immaculate, and the hotel public areas along with the guest rooms are just beautiful to look at. I was upgraded to airport view room, which was pretty amazing value for a hotel of this quality; and there was almost nothing to complain about in a 5-night stay. Small quibbles: Breakfast service was a bit pressured at the weekend when the hotel was busy - with a small wait for the restaurant and marginally less assured attention than on weekdays. And the Pan Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpar Airport hotel overall it's highly recommended: the Pan Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpar Airport location is perfect, and the staff make it a really enjoyable place to stay.
