1, Wonder View Inn and Suites Bar Harbor
The Penobscot Bay resort - Wonder View Inn and Suites. We stayed here for 4 days in August 04. Our room had a great view of the bay and courtyard. The room was large, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are 2 laptops w/internet access for guest's use in the lobby, as well as wireless access if you have that capability on your own laptop. The restaurant was also very good, with a beautiful view. The Island Explorer bus stops right outside......

2, Quality Inn Bar Harbor
This Penobscot Bay resort - Quality Inn Bar Harbor. Great place to stay especially if you are traveling with your dog! Friendly staff, coffee, tea, etc. in the lobby available at all times, and very clean rooms! Each room has it's own porch with large window views of the ocean (not upclose but near enough to see cruise ships in the harbor) and the well kept lawns of the inn. I have stayed each summer for the past 7 years and have consistently enjoyed my stay.........

3, Holiday Inn Sunspree Bar Harbor
This Penobscot Bay resort - Holiday Inn Sunspree. Beautiful Hotel. The grounds were lovely. We had no problems with any of the services. My husband and I would stay again. Our room had a spectacular view - the decor was lovely - the staff friendly. This Penobscot Bay resort view from the restaurant was breathtaking, our room was very nice evan though we didn't get a view, we walked alot around the property. Thank you Hotel Regency for a wonderful visit..........

4, Harborside Hotel And Marina Bar Harbor
This Penobscot Bay resort -Harborside Hotel And Marina. This place was wonderful. We had a king size bed with harborview. Many rooms have partial private balconies but ours was fully private. The view was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I wish I could bring it home. It was also very quiet. The pool was also wonderful it was clean and warm with a great view. The jacuzzi next to it was amazing it was so big.....

This Penobscot Bay resort -Fairfield Inn Bar Harbor.This hotel can't be beat! The location was ideal. The view from the pool and dockside dining was spectacular. The room was devine. It was very spacious and all brand new. It was completely up-to-date in every way which was exactly what we wanted. Lucious linens. Big bathroom. Immaculate. Not a peep heard from the halls once inside our room. The location is perfect because it is steps from Main Street......

6, Camden Riverhouse Hotel
This Penobscot Bay resort -Camden Riverhouse Hotel. It was just what we wanted. First of all we could make our reservations online, then we had to check in late. When we called to make sure it was okay the satff stated that it wasn't a problem. When we got there, closer to midnight, the staff was ready! With everything right outside the hotel; anywhere we wanted or needed to go, we walked. Less miles on the rental car. After a comfortable nights sleep.......

This Penobscot Bay resort - Camden Harbour Inn. Camden is one of the beauty spots of the East Coast, and the view from the Inn is pure Camden. The hills and the harbor are your view from the lovely porch. The building is vintage and venerable, and the comfortable upgrades don't destroy it's history and integrity. Great mattresses, incredible breakfast, served by friendly,fun staff. Also, it's the closest thing to peace and quiet in summer-bustling downtown Camden.......

This Penobscot Bay resort - Comfort Inn Ocean's Edge.Whenever we have stayed in Belfast we have stayed here at the Inn and had a wonderfull experience. Great location - within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor as well. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious and the bathroom is nicely updated as well. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is great - especially the blueberry pancakes. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. .....

9, Belfast Colonial Gabels Oceanfront Village
This Penobscot Bay resort -Colonial Gabels Oceanfront Village! We were pleased to spend some of our time at this Penobscot Bay resort and found it to be clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was pleasant and helpful and we had no problems during our stay. The view was great and the walk through the beautiful wildflowers was worth the trip to the water's edge where we spent some of our time searching for sea glass. Best of all was the excellent.....
