After poking around forever on web sites to find the perfect Pictures Of Intercontinental Chicago Hotel - Chicago Hotel In Intercontinental Chicago and other activities for our mother-daughter getwaway, I picked up the phone and called the Intercontinental. They were so helpful! They made sure I had great rooms, and made suggestions for dinner and shopping, and other fun ideas. When we arrived the staff was wonderful, very friendly and willing to help at all times, even though the place was very busy. The concierge was funny and made our dinner arrangements quickly. The Pictures Of Intercontinental Chicago Hotel - Chicago Hotel In Intercontinental Chicago rooms were beautiful, and the place is lovely overall. We spent time just checking out the building and reading about its history. The location is ideal - we were a walk or quick cab ride away from everything. I will definitely stay there again, and highly recommend the Intercontinental to anyone looking for a lovely, gracious, and high quality hotel experience.

We were in town during the 100 degree weather and choose to stay in the historic portion of the Pictures Of Intercontinental Chicago Hotel - Chicago Hotel In Intercontinental Chicago. The air conditioning was struggling to keep up, but whose would not in 100 degree weather! The temperature of the room was a little warmer than normal, but still comfortable. (Much better than outside.) We had large rooms that were very tastefully appointed and equipped with large marble baths.

However, the star of our stay was the front desk staff. I made reservations for me and my wife and booked another room for our friends, who were traveling with us. I messed up the reservations on the internet site, but did not notice until we were ready to check-in. The hotels downtown were booked up because of some rock and roll festival. Lisette, the front desk attendant was very kind and gracious. Despite my only having a confirmation for one room, she accomodated us with the two rooms I thought I had booked at the discount internet rate which included breakfast.

I would go back for that reason alone.

I just came back from a weekend stay with my husband. Yes, the Pictures Of Intercontinental Chicago Hotel - Chicago Hotel In Intercontinental Chicago is not the Four Seasons. But you are not paying Four Seasons prices. The location is priceless, and if you book through their website, you can get their wonderful breakfast buffet included ($50 value for 2 people-just book their luxury escape rate), and a chance to ask in writing the type of room you want. Join their Gold Ambassador's club and you will receive even more perks (Free upgrade, Free night stay coupon, snacks in your room, etc.) We did that while we stayed at the Intercontinental Cozumel and got upgraded to a beach front suite!

Chicago is a great city, and the view from our 21st floor room in the historic tower was amazing. Ask for that room when booking, and you won't be disappointed.
