Overall, the hotel and its staff are quite nice. It is very handy to downtown Toronto and the underground shopping the Path (this is especially handy in cold temperatures). The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We actually chose the Sheraton for the Sweet Sleeper beds.

We find them quite comfortable. The room was quiet. The only drawback was the duvet. We didn't notice until the next morning that there were body fluid stains on the duvet cover. The management was nice about it and gave us extra points but they could've discounted the room a little.

We would still stay there again. Lastly, be advised that Toronto has institued a Dedicated Marketing Fee of 6.95 a night that most places don't advertise.

This Toronto Sheraton Hotel -Four Points Hotel Lakeshore Toronto. Decent hotel. Four points must have bought it and redone the interior. The exterior is nothing great. It is located halfway between the airport and downtown. Cabs are expensive in Toronto so it is a 20dollar ride to downtown.

At Sheraton Center Hotel Toronto every single member of the staff is very professional! This impresses the guests the most since one rarely receives that level of customer service anymore in any business. The staff and ammenities make the guests feel like royalty! The Sheraton Center Hotel Toronto view of the city is breathtaking and the bed is the very comfortable, even in higher priced hotels. The Toronto Sheraton Center Hotel Toronto beds have down comforters and six fluffy pillows! Usually the concourse levels are beautiful then the room is just plain in most hotels. The Toronto Sheraton Center Hotel Toronto centre offered luxury on every level from room to restaurants!

Have just returned from staying at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto. We stayed 7 nights with our family on a leisure break. We got a great deal from this website. The Toronto Sheraton Center Hotel Toronto is an excellent hotel, ideally situated close to the shops and a short walk to the CN Tower and other tourist attractions. A variety of eating places within the sheraton center toronto hotel, excellently priced for the huge portions which were served. We upgraded to the Club Level rooms which were certainly worth the extra cost. Fantastic views, huge rooms, complimentary continental breakfast (more than you could ask for!!), and a Club Lounge on the 43rd floor where you can relax during the evening overlooking the city centre. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting value for money and excellent hospitality.
