is all about service and attention to detail. From the time we entered we were addressed by our names and we were consistently asked if we wanted anything. I became sick one day and they inquired several times if there was anything they could do. I highly recommend this San Antonio Watermark Hotel San Antonio. We stayed on the seventh floor with balcony view. If you smoke you defentily want a balcony because this is a non smoking hotel and we found that much of San Antonio was non smoking so slipping out on the balcony was great.
We were taken up to our room for the check in process and given a tour of the room. When we arrived in the room we had champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a mixture of dried fruit and nuts, and bottled water waiting. They do not stock the mini bar is by request.
The odd thing we noticed was you never saw housekeeping or anyone for that matter doing any cleaning. We have stayed in beautiful hotels, but we have never been treated so special as we were in this San Antonio Watermark Hotel San Antonio; it is like you are their only guest.
I planned a weekend getaway for my girlfriend and I, and decided to stay at the San Antonio Watermark Hotel San Antonio & Spa. From the moment of arrival at the front doors, we were greeted very professionaly, and taken care of all weekend long. My girlfriend simply loved the San Antonio Watermark Hotel San Antonio, the massages were outstanding, the staff was extremly nice, and very professional at all times, all of our needs were taken care of in a timely mannor. When we left, we both agreed to return to the Water Mark every year to reunite our love for each other. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone.
